1. Learned counsel appearing for the respondents states that an LPA No.1013 of 2022 has been preferred against the order in contempt.

2. In the said LPA, the Division Bench has passed an order on 27.04.2023 in the following terms:

"In the meantime, no coercive step be taken for implementation of the impugned order and judgment dated 13.08.2015."

3. The copy of the order dated 27.04.2023 was passed over to this Court. The same is taken on record.

4. In compliance of the order passed by the Division Bench, contempt proceedings are dropped with liberty to the petitioner to contest the case before the Division Bench.
