RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Prayer in the present petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is for issuance of directions to official respondents to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner and his family members from the hands of private respondents.

It has been submitted by counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner would be satisfied if his representation, dated 21.12.2022, Annexure P-1, is decided in a time-bound manner. Notice of motion to official respondents only. On the asking of the Court, Mr.B.S.Virk, DAG, Haryana, who is present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents/State. After hearing the counsel for the parties, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3, i.e. the Superintendent of Police, Yamuna Nagar, District Yamuna Nagar, to look into the MEENU 2023.01.13 16:36 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this order/judgment
