(Oral) The petitioners alleges violation of the order dated 06.08.2019 vide which without expressing any opinion on merits of the case, the petition was disposed of with a direction to the Senior Superintendent of Police, Fazilka, to look into the apprehension of the petitioners regarding the threat to their life and liberty. As per the affidavit of the Senior Superintendent of Police, Fazilka dated 29.10.2022 after conducting an enquiry and recording the statement of the petitioners and others, it is concluded in the detailed enquiry that there is no threat to the life and liberty of the petitioners. Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of having been rendered infructuous.
