ANIL KSHETARPAL, J(Oral) Tenants-petitioners are in three revision petitions against the concurrent findings of fact arrived at by the authorities below ordering eviction of the tenants.

Civil Revision No.1559 of 2009 (O&M) -2as under:- (i) Petitioners shall hand over vacant possession to the landlord-respondent on or before 31.03.2019;

(ii) Tenants would also deposit the entire arrears of rent, if any, and future rent for a period of 9 months along with an undertaking to be filed before the Rent Controller; (iii) Tenants shall be liable to file an undertaking to this effect before the Rent Controller within one month from the date of receipt of a certified copy of the order. In view of what has been stated hereinabove, all the three revision petitions are disposed of.
