Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner - Laxmi Devi had died.

Counsel for respondents No.1 to 3 submits that subsequent to filing of the petition on 02.11.2019, a compromise was effected between the parties to which the petitioner Laxmi Devi and her sons are also signatory.

Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of having been rendered infructuous.

However, liberty is granted to the LRs of petitioner to file afresh petition, if so advised.
