Prayer in this writ petition is to quash order dated 27.04.2018 (Annexure P4) whereby alleged juniors of the petitioner have been promoted as TGT (Science) while ignoring his claim and considering him ineligible for promotion. Petitioner further prayed for considering his case for promotion to the post of TGT (Science) w.e.f. 25.07.2018 i.e. the date when the alleged juniors were promoted.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of order dated 23.11.2020 (Annexure R1), whereby petitioner has been promoted provisionally subject to final outcome of various petitions as mentioned therein, this petition is rendered infructuous.

Present petition is disposed of accordingly.
