Learned State counsel, on instructions from Mr. Raivarinder Singh, Executive Engineer, Division No.1, Water Supply and Sanitation, Ferozepur, states that payment of consequential benefits have been given to the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner is not in a position to accept or contradict the said statement due to lack of instructions. However, he seeks liberty to avail remedies in accordance with law, in case grievance still survives.
