Learned counsel for respondent no. 3 seeks to place on record short reply by way of affidavit of Sonali Giri, Commissioner, Municippal Corporation, Amritsar. Prayer is accepted. Affidavit is taken on record. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that order passed by writ court has been complied with. A speaking order dated 06.12.2017 has been passed. He submits that he may be given liberty to impugn the same. In view of the fact that order has been complied with, petition is hereby dismissed. Rule is discharged.

Petitioner shall, however, be at liberty to impugn the speaking order.
