In view of the averments made in the application, same is allowed. The main case i.e. CRM-M-1428-2024 is taken on board today itself. CRM-8057-2024 & CRM-M-1428-2024 By way of present application, learned counsel for the petitioner has sought withdrawal of the main petition due to some technical defect with liberty to file the same afresh with better particulars in accordance with law. Application is allowed.

The main petition i.e. CRM-M-1428-2024 stands dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.
