This is the petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. seeking quashing of complaint No. NACT/10239/2018 dated 01.11.2018 titled as "Dropdi Vs. M/s. SRS Buildmart Pvt. Ltd. and Others" under Sections 138, 141, 142 of Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 pending before the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Faridabad, District Faridabad alongwith all consequential proceedings.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition.
