(ORAL) Although written request for adjournment has been filed, however, this Court does not deem it appropriate to adjourn the matter in view of the order dated 15.11.2018 passed in the LPA vide which operation of the order dated 23.03.2018, compliance of which is being sought herein, has been kept in abeyance.

In view of the order passed in the LPA, the contempt petitions are dismissed.

The rule issued against the respondent(s) stands discharged. However petitioners are at liberty to file a fresh petition in case the LPA is decided in their favour/dismissed.
