*** Daya Chaudhary, J. (Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that vide order dated 27.05.2016 passed by this Court in CWP No.7181 of 2016, a direction was issued to the respondent to look into the application filed by the petitioner in accordance with law. In pursuance of that order, the petitioner has been transferred but has not been relieved so far. Since only the direction was there to consider the representation and in case, the petitioner has been transferred then he is required to be relieved also. Accordingly, the respondent is directed to take necessary action in pursuance of order of transfer within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. Disposed of accordingly.
