**** ANOOP CHITKARA, J. (ORAL) CRM-27233-2022 This is an application to place on record Annexures R-1/2 & R-1/3. In view of the contents and prayer clause of the application, the same is allowed. Annexures R-1/2 & R-1/3 are taken on record. CRM-M-1766-2021 I have heard learned counsel for both the parties and going through the impugned order dated 23.12.2020.

Although, the concerned Sessions Judge has not discussed the reasons for overcoming the criminal history but since lot of time has elapsed, as such, the present petition is disposed by subject the petitioner to comply the following additional conditions also:

(1) Within ten days from today, the petitioners shall forward to the Investigator/SHO and the complainant/victim(s) the complete details of bank account numbers with addresses, fixed deposits, DEMAT account numbers, the current market value of jewelry, sovereign metals, all precious articles, held either individually or jointly, and cash-in-hand.

It is clarified that in case the assets are not declared by the petitioner within the aforesaid period, then the bail granted to the petitioner shall be automatically cancelled without any further reference to this Court.
