Prayer made in the present petition is for directing the respondents to grant gratuity and other benefits on account of her services as rendered by the petitioner as she retired on 31.05.2023.

Learned State counsel refers to para 3 and 4 of the short reply filed by way of affidavit dated 07.03.2025 of Principal Government Senior Secondary School, which read thus:
"3. That it is respectfully submitted that the petitioner was paid all the retiral benefits i.e. Gratuity amounting to Rs. 1480767/- dated 06-06-2023, Commulated pension amounting to Rs. 1675540/- dated 06-06-2023, Leave encashment amounting to 890323/- dated 12-10-2023 and G.I.S. amounting to Rs. 25170/- dated 12-10-2023 within stipulated period. It is further submitted that the petitioner was asked/requested to submit G.P.Fund form PF-6 and affidavit for submission of G.P. Fund sanction file to the office of District Education Officer (SE) Gurdaspur but the petitioner intentionally and negligently submitted the same in the month of Oct, 2023 in the office of answering/deponent. After receiving the required sancation of G.P.Fund from the office of District Education Officer(SE) Gurdaspur. The G.P. Fund bill was submitted in the office of District Treasury Officer, Gurdaspur on 22-012024 for payment and after passsing the G.P.Fund bill, the MOHIT 2025.03.26 15:45 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
CWP-529-2024 (O&M) -2payment have already been paid to the petitioner on 05-032024. There is no lapses on the part of the answering/deponent. A copy of the letter dated 06-09-2024 is attached as Annexure R/T-1.
4. That in this regard, it is respectfully submitted that the claim of the petitioner has been considered as per the representation (Annexure P-1) as addressed by the petitioner. All the retiral benefits i.e. pension and gratuity, Leave encashment, commulated pension and G.I.S. has been paid to the petitioner. The payment of G. P. Fund amounting to Rs. 1519912/- has been paid to the petitioner on 05-03-2024. A copy of the letter dated 06-09-2024 is attached as Annexure R/T-1."

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of, giving liberty to the petitioner to submit a representation to the respondents, in case, need arises.
