ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN J. (Oral) After arguing the matter for some time, counsel for the petitioners submit that since 10 co-accused of the petitioner have already been granted the concession of regular bail by the trial Court and the prosecution witnesses are not appearing in the trial Court and the petitioner is in custody for the last more than 02 years and 06 months, they may be permitted to withdraw this petition with liberty to the petitioners to file afresh application for bail before the trial Court. Ordered accordingly.

In case the petitioners file any afresh application for bail, the trial Court will pass afresh order, without being influenced by the fact that the earlier application of the petitioner was dismissed by this Court.

A photocopy of this order be placed on the file of other connected case.
