ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN J. (Oral) Compliance affidavit of the Director Higher Education, Chandigarh Administration, filed in the Court is taken on record. Counsel for the respondents submit that the re-fixation of the pay of the petitioner has been done by granting the due benefits vide order dated 25.04.2023. It is also stated that the claim of the petitioner is released and credited in the account of the petitioner on 27.04.2023. In view of the above, no willful disobedience is made out. Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of having been rendered infructuous.
