(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to petitioner-Ishwar Singh, in case FIR No.348 dated 02.05.2015 registered under Sections 420, 467, 468 and 471 IPC (Section 120-B IPC added later on) at Police Station Civil Lines, District Hisar.

Learned State counsel submits that petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for interrogation. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 14.01.2019, passed by this Court is made absolute. Disposed of.
