Learned counsel for the respondents submits that all arrears have been released to the petitioner. Only last installment remains which shall be released within a period of one month. In view of stand taken before this court, no further order needs to be passed in this case. Disposed of.

In case, respondents fail to comply with the undertaking, petitioner shall be at liberty to seek revival of the petition and in that eventuality, Managing Director, Pepsu Road Transport Corporation, Patiala shall remain present in court on the date of hearing unless his presence is exempted.
