Admittedly, the aforesaid writ petition has been finally decided by this Court on 06.05.2014. The said judgment is under challenge before the Apex Court in SLP (C) No.13407 of 2015, in which the operation of the said judgment has been stayed.

In view thereof, the present petition has become infructuous at this stage.
