RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Prayer in the present petition filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India is for issuance of directions to respondent No.2 to get the School, Dana Mandi (Grain Market) and other lands of village comprising in Khewat No.103, Khatauni Nos.712 and 713, Khasra No.66//14 (8-0), 8(6-4), 13 (8-0), 15(8-0), 16(7-11), 17(7-11), 18 (7-11), 67//11 (8-0), 19 (7-11), 20(7-11), 10/2(4-0) 22(7-19) and 66//6 (8-0), demarcated and vacated from the illegal occupants/encroachers situated within the revenue estate of village Kishanpura @ Bakshiwala, Tehsil and District Patiala.

` Learned State counsel has filed a short reply by way of affidavit, dated 06.03.2024, of Showkat Ahmad Parray, I.A.S., Deputy Commissioner, Patiala, on behalf of respondents No.1 and 2, alongwith copy of report, dated 17.02.2024, Annexure R-1, and demarcation conducted with G.P.S. CWP-876-2020 -2that demarcation of the above noted land has already been carried out on 17.02.2024 and further action against the illegal occupiers of land will be taken by the Gram Panchayat Kishanpura @ Bakshiwala according to law. In view of the reply filed by learned State counsel today in Court, the present petition is disposed of. However, petitioner is at liberty to avail his remedy if still he has any surviving grievance.
