RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Petitioner has approached this Court praying for setting aside Speaking order No.22549 dated 30.08.2019, Annexure P-28, whereby the complaint filed by the petitioner against respondent No.10 regarding illegal construction of industrial shed in the residential site, which are not even sanctioned by the competent authorities, had been illegally disposed of by respondent No.3 without appreciating the documentary proofs. It is further prayed to direct the official respondents to take legal action against respondent No.10 and further direct them to file status report of the action taken by them for removing the illegal construction done by respondent No.10.
Learned counsel for legal aid submits that though he has returned the file to the Legal Aid Department on 22.03.2021, however, he MEENU 2023.09.06 18:15 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this order/judgment
CWP-1311-2020 -2has the information that petitioner in this case is no more. On the other hand, learned State counsel submits that grievance of the petitioner has already been redressed and hence the present petition has become infructuous and may be disposed of as such. In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
