(ORAL) The petitioner-owner of the offending vehicle, has laid challenge to the Award dated 17.12.2007 passed by the learned Motor Accident Claims Tribunal (Adhoc) cum-Presiding Officer, Fast Track Court No.III, Faridabad (hereinafter referred to as "the Tribunal") whereby recovery rights have been given to respondent No.3-Insurance company to recover the compensation amount from the owner and the driver.

Learned proxy counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition. Permitted to do so.
