RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Prayer in the present petition filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India is for issuance of directions to respondent No.2 to get the Phirni (Circular Road/Path) of village comprising in Khewat No.102, Khatauni No.711, Khasra No.173 (8-18), 174 (3-10), 175 (3-5), 176(3-8), 177 (3-10), demarcated and vacated from the illegal occupants/encroachers situated within the revenue estate of village Kishan pura @ Bakshiwala, Tehsil and District Patiala.

Learned State counsel has filed a short reply by way of affidavit, dated 05.03.2024, of Amandeep Kaur, District Development and Panchayat Officer, Patiala, on behalf of respondents No.1 to 3, alongwith copy of report, dated 13.02.2024, alongwith demarcation conducted with G.P.S.System, today in Court, which is taken on record. It is submitted that demarcation of the above noted land has already been carried out on 13.02.2024 and further action will be taken by the Gram Panchayat MEENU 2024.03.12 14:38 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CWP-875-2020 -2Kishanpura @ Bakshiwala according to law and a petition under Section 7 of Punjab Village Common Land (Regulation) Act, 1961 shall be filed within one month against the illegal occupiers of land according to law. In view of the reply filed by learned State counsel today in Court, the present petition is disposed of. However, petitioner is at liberty to avail his remedy if still he has any surviving grievance.
