*** MANOJ BAJAJ, J. (ORAL) Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C for grant of regular bail in case FIR No.212 dated 20.10.2017, under Sections 379-B, 34 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Section 25 of Arms Act, 1959, Police Station City Sohna, District Gurugram.

Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Madan states that the prosecution witnesses have been examined and the case is now fixed for 27.04.2021 for recording the statement of the accused under Section 313 Cr.P.C. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition.

The prayer is accepted.
