PANKAJ JAIN, J. (ORAL) Present writ petition has been filed under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India claiming that the statutory appeal filed by the petitioners is pending with the appellate authority since 19th of December, 2022 and the authorities are bent upon effecting recovery. Issue notice of motion.

Ms. Deepali Puri, Advocate appears and accepts notice on behalf of the respondents and submits that the appeal filed by the petitioners shall be decided expeditiously.

In view of the aforesaid fact, the present writ petition is disposed off with the directions to the Appellate Authority to decide the appeal preferred by the petitioners expeditiously. Till the appeal is finally decided, no further recovery shall be effected from the petitioners.

Ordered accordingly.
