The present revision petition has been filed by the tenant and the same is still at the stage of preliminary hearing inasmuch as notice of motion is yet to be issued in the present case. On 05.04.2007 the case was adjourned sine die. However, no application was moved for hearing of the case by the counsel for the petitioner. The matter was thereafter taken up on 09.01.2024. On the said date none had put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner and the Registry was directed to inform the counsel for the petitioner and the case was adjourned to today. Today, also, none has put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner despite the counsel being informed. 2.

In view of the above, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present petition for non-prosecution. 3.

Dismissed for non-prosecution. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
