(Oral) The petitioner alleges violation of the order dated 10.07.2018 vide which a direction was issued to the Revisional Authority to decide the revision filed by the petitioners within a period of two months and further that till the time, the petitioners be allowed to work as commission agents on ad hoc basis by the Market Committee, Ambala City.

Reply by way of affidavit of the Secretary, Market Committee, Ambala City is on record, according to which the revision filed by the petitioners already stands decided/dismissed on 20.11.2018. With regard to the second part, it is stated that the licence of the petitioners was expired on 01.04.2018. It is further stated that the respondent/Board has repeatedly sent letters to the petitioner for renewal of the licence but the petitioners did not apply on the correct proforma and therefore, there is no violation of the order. Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of having been rendered infructuous.
