(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for issuance of directions to the official respondents to protect the life and liberty of the petitioners from the hands of private respondents and their other associates by providing police protection to the petitioners and to restrain the official respondents not to harass the petitioners illegally at the behest of respondents No.4 to 12 or anybody else not to interfere into the peaceful lives and liberty of the petitioners and not to harass the petitioners illegally or forcibly in any manner. Learned counsel for the petitioners wishes to withdraw the present petition, at this stage.
