Petitioner was engaged on 8.8.2001 as a part time Sweeper at DC rates to work at Government Primary School,Pali, District Mohindergarh. The writ petition filed by him seeking regularization on parity of relief granted to similarly situated persons was disposed of vide order dated 9.8.2017 with a direction to pass a speaking order within three months.
The present contempt has been filed alleging that no speaking order has been passed todate although petitioner has miserably failed to show under which policy framed by the Government for part time employees he would be entitled for regularization. At the time of hearing learned counsel prays for permission to withdraw the instant contempt petition.
