Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this petition filed by the landlord challenging the judgment and decree dated 22.01.2017 passed by Appellate Authority, Jalandhar has been rendered infructuous as the respondent/tenant has handed over the vacant possession of the demised premises to the petitioner/landlord. This petition is accordingly dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
