Petitioner Chanchal Nagpal successor-in-interest of Saraswati Devi @ Surasti Devi has moved this petition seeking initiation of contempt proceedings against respondents Amar Nath and others for violating the interim order passed in RSA No.1358 of 1994 on 23.02.2006 directing the respondents not to demolish the structure or change the nature of the suit property.
It was alleged that despite the interim orders, the respondents demolished the Chimni and other structures installed on the suit property.
As all the appeals filed by Saraswati Devi and others have SACHIN MEHTA 2015.10.15 12:45 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document High Court, Chandigarh
COCP-500-2006 -2been decided today and it was observed that they have no right, title or interest in the suit property, this contempt petition calls for no further action and the same is dismissed.
