In the reply, it has been stated that in compliance with the order dated 26.07.2013 passed by this Court in CWP No. 15990 of 2013, the claim of the petitioners has been considered and a speaking order dated 10.07.2014 has been passed. The claim of the petitioners has been rejected.

The order has been complied with. Thus, this contempt petition is disposed of as having become infructuous.
