ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN J. (Oral) The petitioner is praying for violation of the order dated 23.01.2016 vide which a direction was issued to the Deputy Commissioner, Amritsar to decide the legal notice. Counsel for the State, on instructions submits that the relevant benefits have been given.

Even otherwise since February, 2019, despite availing 04 dates, nobody is appearing on behalf of the petitioner. Accordingly, the present petition are disposed of having been rendered infructuous.
