This is the third petition filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.26 dated 12.03.2020 registered under Sections 21(b) and 27-A of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 at Police Station Bhattu Kalan, District Fatehabad (Annexure P-1). Having argued for sometime and realizing that the Court is not inclined to agree with his submissions, counsel for the petitioner submits that he be permitted to withdraw the petition with liberty to file a fresh one before the trial Court after framing of the charge.
