(Oral) Counsel for the respondents has submitted that the only direction issued by this Court was to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner dated 08.11.2013 within a period of four months from the date of receipt of certified copy of the order. It is submitted that the order passed by this Court has been duly complied with as the representation dated 08.11.2013 of the petitioner has been decided against him. In view of the statement made by counsel for the respondents, the present contempt petition has become infructuous and is dismissed as such.
However, if the petitioner is not satisfied with the order passed by the respondents against him, he may avail his remedy, in accordance with law.
