CM-6738-CII-2020 This is an application under Order 01 Rule 10 CPC for bringing on record the legal representatives of deceased-petitioner - Subhash Goyal. It has been averred in the application that during the pendency of the contempt petition, the applicant-petitioner had died on 24.08.2019, leaving behind his legal representatives (wife, son & daughter) as mentioned in Para No. 2 of the application. The application is accompanied by an affidavit of Sh. Shanan Goyal, who is the son of deceased-petitioner.
After hearing learned counsel for the applicant-petitioner and perusing the contents of the application, which is supported by an affidavit, the same is allowed, subject to all just exceptions and the applicants, as mentioned in Para 2 of the application are ordered to be impleaded as legal representatives of deceased petitioner - Subhash Goyal.
