***** Rajan Gupta, J. (Oral) Learned State counsel submits that service of the petitioner has been regularized from February 01, 1996. He has placed on record a copy of the order passed by Superintending Engineer, Kaithal Circle PW (B & R) Deptt. Kaithal. He further submits that, in case, any direction given by the writ court remains to be implemented, same shall be done at the earliest, in any case, not later than 03 months.

In view of the above, no cause of action survives in this petition.

Dismissed.
