The writ petition filed by the petitioner was disposed of on 22.02.2017 with directions to the respondent to decide the legal notice dated 15.12.2016 by passing a speaking order and in case there are no legal impediments, retiral benefits be released to the petitioner.
Pursuant to notice of motion, reply was filed. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that retiral benefits have been granted to the petitioner but due interest has not been paid.

Learned counsel for the petitioner raises grievance that interest has not been properly calculated, he seeks liberty to avail remedies in accordance with law.
The contempt petition is disposed of with liberty as prayed for.
