VINOD KUMAR 2015.05.07 09:34 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh
IN THE HIGH COURT OF PUNJAB AND HARYANA AT
CHANDIGARH COCP No.537 of 2014 Date of decision:05.05.2015 Jasvir Singh and others
...Petitioner
Versus
Rakesh Singh and others
...Respondents
CORAM: Hon'ble Mr. Justice Rakesh Kumar Jain
Present:
Mr. Om Pal Sharma, Advocate, for the petitioner.
Mr. Rahul Sharma, Advocate, for the respondents.
***** Rakesh Kumar Jain, J. (Oral) The only grievance raised by the petitioners is that no time is fixed by the respondents to pay their salary every month. Though the counsel for the respondents has tried to justify it on the ground that they are the grant-in-aid college and salary is paid as and when the grant is received, yet in my considered opinion, the petitioners are not concerned with the difficulties being faced by the respondents as they are entitled to salary at least in the first week of every month. In view thereof, the respondents are directed to pay salary of the petitioners within first week of every month. Disposed of.
