Petitioner filed CWP 16558/2017 for directing respondents to release his retiral benefits like gratuity, leave encashment etc. The said writ petition was disposed of by this Court vide order dated 28.7.2017 by directing respondents to look into the grievances of the petitioner as contained in his legal notice dated 31/5/2017 in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of the order.
Now instant contempt has been filed alleging disobedience of said order dated 28.7.2017.
Upon notice, reply on behalf of respondent no. 1 has been filed stating therein that in compliance of the order dated 28.7.2017 passed by this Court the legal notice of the petitioner stands decided by the competent authority vide order dated 13.2.2018(Annexure R-1) and copy whereof has been sent to the petitioner.

COCP 3751/2017 On the last date of hearing counsel for the respondent stated that order stood complied with, however, due to non presence of the counsel for the petitioner the matter was adjourned for today. Even today, no one is present to represent the petitioner. In view of the reply filed by respondent no.1, it is evident that the order dated 28.7.2017 stand complied with and no further action is warranted. Disposed of.
