(Oral) At this stage, counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent submits that as per instructions, the respondent shall withdraw the petition filed under Section 9 of Hindu Marriage Act i.e. CM/260/2023 titled as "Amandeep Singh Vs. Usha Kaur" from the court below by way of filing an application within a period of seven days.

In view of the undertaking so given, counsel for the applicant submits that he does not want to pursue with the present transfer application and the same be dismissed as withdrawn. The compliance of the undertaking given by counsel for the respondent be made within a period of seven days. Ordered accordingly.
