It is not in dispute that the unrevised service benefits have been paid to the petitioner and a resolution for paying the revised benefits has also been passed.

Learned counsel for the respondents contend that the revised service benefits would also be paid to the petitioner within the next three months. Let the needful be done within 3 months.

In view of the above, the instant petition is disposed of as having become infructuous.
