CWP 7662/2015 filed by the petitioner seeking release of his land acquired by respondents was disposed of vide order dated 24.4.2015 with a direction to respondents to decide his representation regarding his claim within 04 months from the date of representation. Alleging disobedience of said order dated 24.4.2015 instant contempt has been filed.
Upon notice reply by way of affidavit of Rajender Singh,Land Acquisition Officer,Urban Estate,Faridbad-respondent no.1 has been filed stating therein that the representation filed by petitioner Rajinder Parshad Joshi 2017.05.10 15:25 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
COCP No.828/2016 2 on 15.5.2015 has been rejected by passing a speaking order dated 9.12.2016. Copy of the said speaking order dated 9.12.2016 has been annexed with the reply as Annexure R-1.
In view of the above, the instant contempt has been rendered infructuous and no further action is warranted in the matter. Ordered accordingly.
