Learned counsel appearing for the respondent submits that order passed by writ court shall be complied with at the earliest, in any case not later than one month.
In view of aforesaid statement, petition is hereby disposed of. If any grouse subsists, petitioner shall be at liberty to seek revival of the petition. In such eventuality, apart from the action under the Act, this court shall consider imposition of punitive costs.
