Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of directions to respondent No.3-Inspector General of Police, Border Range, Amritsar to look into and decide the representation dated 10.12.2018 (Annexure P8), whereby request has been made for change of investigating agency and team in case of FIR No. 55 dated 07.10.2018, registered under Sections 304 & 304-A IPC at Police Station Ranjit Avenue, Amritsar. Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that as investigation in the above mentioned FIR has not been done actively by now and only grievance of the petitioner is that investigation should be done by some senior police officer so that proper investigation is done. In view of above, present petition stands disposed of with the directions to respondent No.3-Inspector General of Police, Border Range, Amritsar to look into and take the required action on the representation dated DEEPAK KUMAR BHARDWAJ 2019.01.15 16:27 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
