(ORAL) This petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 438 Cr.P.C. seeking anticipatory bail in case FIR No.244 dated 25.09.2022 under Sections 420, 120-B IPC and Section 24 of the Immigration Act, registered at Police Station Jamalpur, District Ludhiana. After arguing the case for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw this petition with liberty to file fresh one on the same cause of action with better particulars and by impleading the complainant as party-respondent.
