*** HARSH BUNGER, J. (Oral) The instant Writ Petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus to direct respondent No.4 for issuance of police clearance certificate to the petitioner.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present petition has been rendered infructuous and he has instructions from the petitioner to withdraw the same, therefore, he may be permitted to withdraw the instant writ petition.

In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
