Petitioner filed CWP 19119/2017 seeking grant of minimum pay scale instead of Rs.1500/- being paid to him. The said writ petition was disposed of by this Court vide order dated 25.8.2017 with a direction to respondent to decide his legal notice dated 10.8.2017 within a period of 4 months from the receipt of certified copy of the said order. Since the needful was not done hence the present contempt.

At the time of hearing today, learned counsel for the petitioner has produced a copy of the order dated 8.2.2018 whereby a speaking order has been passed in compliance of the order passed in CWP 19119/2017. It is further stated that no further adjudication is warranted in the present contempt.

Disposed of accordingly.
