The order dated 15.7.2014 warranted a consideration of the representation moved by the petitioner and a decision thereon. Para-3 of the reply filed by the respondents indicates that the needful has been done and some of the benefits released to the petitioner, while regarding the remaining, sanction has already been accorded. In view of the above, the instant petition is disposed of as infructuous, but with a direction that the respondents shall release the remaining benefits also to the petitioner within a period of three months.
