(Oral) The instant petition has been filed on behalf of the complainant seeking issuance of direction to respondents No.1 to 3 to conduct fair, impartial and speedy investigation in the matter arising out of FIR No.35 dated 16.2.2020, Police Station Chhapar, District Yamunanagar, under Sections 34, 406, 420, 467, 468, 471, 504, 506 IPC.
